KNOWING THE LIVING GOD AND THE CHURCH 认识活的神和教会 (西Col. 1:26-27; 3:1-4,11; 弗Eph. 5:22-32; 3:8, 17-19; 1:18-23; 腓Phil. 1:20-21a; 3:7-16 )
I. The two prayers in Ephesians 以弗所书里的两个祷告 A. The need of a spirit of wisdom and revelation 需要一个智慧和启示的灵 (1:17-18) B. The need of being strengthened in the inner man – the spirit of man (3:14-19) 里面的人必须被刚强起来 II. Knowing the true and living God 认识又真又活的神 (帖前1 Thess. 1:9; 约John 17:3; 约壹1 John 5:20; 腓Phil. 3:7-12) A．As the only one God 祂是独一的神 (申Deut. 6:4; 賽Is. 44:6; Ps. 50:7; 约 John 5:44;17:3; 罗Rom. 16:27) B． As Yahweh (Jehovah) – the Self- and Ever-existing One祂是耶和华 – 那自存永在的神 (出Exod. 3:14-15; 6:2-3, 启Rev.1:4, 8) 1. The begetting Father God 重生了我们的父神 (彼前1 Pet. 1:2-3; 约壹1 John 5:1; 3:1-2) 2. The Son of God – Jesus Christ, our Savior 神的儿子 -- 耶稣基督, 我们的救主 (太Matt. 1:21; 9:13; 16:16; 提前1 Tim. 1:15; 罗Rom. 5:8-10) 3. The Holy Spirit 圣灵 (加Gal. 4:5-7; 罗Rom. 8:9-11, 13-16; 林前1 Cor. 6:17; 15:45b; 林后2Cor. 3:6b) 4. To impart His eternal life into man 为要将祂的永生分赐给人 (约壹1 John 5:11-13)
III. Knowing God’s purpose in creating man 认识神造人的目的 1. Man is wonderfully made by the Creator 神所造的人,奇妙可畏 (诗Ps.139:13-16; 创Gen. 1:16-17) a. Made according to God’s image and likeness 照著神的形像、按著神的样式造的 b. Formed with a body, soul and spirit 人有灵, 魂, 身体, 三部分 (贴前1 Thess. 5:23; 伯Job 32:8; 创Gen. 2:7; 箴Prov. 20:27) c. A vessel to receive and to be filled with Christ 成为一个能接受基督而被祂充满的器皿 (西Col. 1:26-28; 罗Rom.9:23; 林后2 Cor. 4:7; 弗Eph. 3:8; 腓Phil. 1:19-21) 2. Destined to become sons of God要人成为神的儿子 3. To inherit and rule over God’s whole creation with Christ与基督同为后嗣, 与祂一同管理神的创造 (罗Rom. 4:13; 8:17; 加Gal. 3:29; 4:7; 多Titus 3:7; 诗Ps. 8:4-8; 来Heb. 2:5-10)
IV. Knowing the church of the living God 认识活神的教会 (Matt. 16:18) 1. As the kingdom of the heavens <Zion> today on this earth with Christ as the ascended King 教会是天国今天在地上的代表《锡安》, 以升天的基督为王 (弗Eph. 1:20-22; 来Heb. 12:22-24, 27-29) a. The Keys of the kingdom of the heavens given to the church 主把天国的钥匙给了教会 (太Matt. 16:18-19; 18:17-18) b. Making all God’s enemies His footstool 要把祂所有的仇敌作成祂的脚凳 (诗Ps. 110; 来Heb. 12:10-13; 弗Eph. 6:10-13) 2. As the dwelling place and temple of the living God <Jerusalem> 是活神的居所和圣殿《耶路撒冷》(弗Eph. 2:21-22; 提前1 Tim. 3:15; 彼前1 Pet. 2:4-5) a. To offer up Christ as the spiritual sacrifices to God 藉著耶稣基督把灵祭献上给神 b. A house of prayer 神的殿必称为祷告的殿 (賽Is. 56:7; 太Matt. 21:13; 26:14; 弗Eph. 6:18; 帖前1 Thess. 5:17; 彼前1 Pet. 4:7) 3. As the living body of Christ with Christ as the Head 是基督的身体; 祂是教会的头 (弗Eph. 1:22-23; 4:3-6, 11-16; 林前1 Cor. 12:12-13) a. The fullness of Christ 是基督的丰满 b. With all the members fitly framed and built up together in oneness in Christ 全身都靠他联络得合适, 所有的肢体同心合一被建造起来 c. Growing up in all things into the Head, who is Christ 凡事长进, 连於元首基督 d. Attaining to the full measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ 达到基督长成的身量 4. As the new man with the humanity of Jesus Christ 教会是个新人 (弗Eph. 2:15; 4:22-24; 西Col. 3:11) a. Brought forth through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ 藉着耶稣基督的死而复活而产生的 b. With the fine and perfect humanity of Christ 满有耶稣基督完美的人性 c. Christ is all in all 惟有基督是包括一切 5. As the bride of Christ 是基督的新妇 (约John 3:29-30; 弗Eph. 5:23-32; 启Rev.21:2, 9) a. Being a pure virgin for the Christ, the bridegroom 如同贞洁的童女, 献给新郎基督 (林后2 Cor. 11:2-3) b. Preparing herself for the wedding feast of the Lamb 新妇为了羔羊的婚娶预备自己 (启Rev. 19:6-9) 6. As shining golden lampstand 教会该是一个纯金的灯台(亚Zech. 4:2-6, 启 Rev. 1:11-13, 20)
